What counts as valid identification?

Here is an overview of what counts as valid identification:

• Passport (emergency passports are not accepted)
• Norwegian alien’s passport
• Norwegian travel document for refugees
• Norwegian national ID card
• National ID card from an EEA country

It is important that the expiry date on your identification is at least three months in the future when you identify yourself at the bank.
